The wood-fired pizza oven was built on site using Earth Stone Ovens. We burn 100% Pecan wood grown in Southeastern New Mexico. This wood burns hot at nearly 900 degrees and very clean with minimal smoke. We offer a variety of pizzas and calzones from the simple to the the exotic. Feel free to make changes, create your own, or share with friends.
